Temple Bar Management Ltd are pleased to announce their appointment as UK Property Managers to Landprop Holding BV, a subsidiary company within the Inter-IKEA Group.

Landprop recently made their first acquisition in the UK market with the purchase of a strategic site in Stratford, East London, very close to the Olympic Park. The company is currently working on a masterplan for the site in close co-operation with Newham Borough Council.

The appointment, under which TBM will provide financial and administrative as well as property management services marks the resumption of a relationship with the Inter-IKEA Group which began in 1990.
